This is one of our newest additions. Visitors can submit questions without leaving the site. An email will be sent to the Order Portal administrator alerting he/she that someone has just requested information. Another email will get sent to the visitor who submitted the question letting them know that their question will be answered within the next 24 to 48 hours. If you have Randr's Sales Portal and Datamigration Portal configured, these questions/user will get sent to the Sales Portal with an action assigned to the new visitor/prospect.
